1. Evaluation of the input datas and draft contract:
• Evaluate, calculation of the contract efficiency upon the input data receipt from the relevant departments, focusing on financial indicators, accuracy of expense items, percentage of risk provisions, etc...
• Negotiate with Clients/Suppliers to generate the contract with the most advantage conditions upon instruction/direction of the Management Board.
• Identify risks and assess their impact to the contract implementation, provide solution to prevent and/or minimize their impact.
• Advise relevant departments to change the content of the draft contract in case of necessity.
2. Contract negotiation:
• Carry out the contract negotiations (Purchase contract/ Service contract/ Consortium Agreement/ Agency Agreement…) base on the provided input data, and the support from relevant departments and focus on instruction/direction of the Management Board as well.
3. Contract implementation:
• After contract signed by relevant Parties, implement the work steps (applying of Performance Bond, L/C, Advance Payment Bond…) according to the content of the signed contract, using the available forms.
• Arrange for transportation, insurance, warehouse rental, customs declaration, warranty, etc. during the contract performing.
• Closely monitor the contract performance, seeking the root cause of the problem; Coming up with and proposing the most optimal solution on time.
4. Maintain the Company's contract data management system:
• Update system data and recordkeeping the contracts as well as related documents carefully, in order, and scientifically.
• Proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of security and data processing
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree or higher, majoring in Commercial Law, Foreign Trade, or related technical disciplines;
• Fluent English with 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• MS Office Skills: Aggregate and organize the statistics using Excel. Using Word and PPT proficiently to produce documents;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably those with experience in oil and gas industry, power transmission...;
• Having in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese legal system and International law; Incoterms; Logistics services (international forwarding)…
• Ability to work independently / in a team in a high pressure work environment.
