- Conduct a 180-degree recruiting process for designated open positions, including job posting, applicant sourcing, screening, alignment of test/interview procedures for both external and internal candidates.
- Develop your own referral platforms to find ideal candidates by using your social media and professional networks.
- Take charge of following up on and filling vacancies as required, as well as ensuring the quality of candidates chosen to suit the company's needs.
- Manage communications between hiring managers, applicants and related parties to keep everyone informed about each candidate's progress.
- Keep track of applicant traffic, maintain a pipeline of suitable applicants, while creating and updating candidate databases.
- Establish long-term relationships with previous and prospective candidates.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment field, especially working in a hospitality company is a plus.
- Hands-on experience across all hiring sites and social media networks to reach out to potential applicants.
- Excellent interviewing abilities based on the role's competencies.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Agile, persuasive, and enthusiastic.
