Mô tả công việc

● 负责分行法律文本、重要制度的审核和法律事务的管理；To be responsible for reviewing all kinds of branch‘s legal documents, important regulations and policies; managing legal affairs

● 负责制定、完善反洗钱合规管理制度，指导前台部门落实客户身份识别监管要求，评估客户洗钱风险并进行风险管理；
To be responsible for formulating and improving AML compliance management system, guiding the front office in implementing customer identification requirements, assessing and managing money laundering risk

● 制定与完善分行内部控制制度、流程，按要求开展分行内控控制评价；To establish and improve internal control system and process, conduct evaluation of branch ‘ s internal control as required

● 负责操作风险的监测、评估和处置；To be responsible for monitoring, evaluating and disposing of operational risk

● 为领导或有关部门提供法律咨询和相关报告；To provide legal advisory and related reports to leaders or relevant departments

● 分行员工进行合规培训；To conduct compliance training to branch staff

● 执行其他主管交办工作；To perform other related jobs required by supervisors

Yêu cầu công việc

● 大学本科以上学历，法律、经济、金融相关专业，熟悉越南民、商法，取得律师执业资格优先；Bachelor degree or above, major in law, finance, economics; familiar with civil and commercial law of Vietnam, preferable with lawyer certificate

● 具有敏锐的风险管控意识；strong sense of risk management and control

● 较强的逻辑分析和解决问题的能力；Excellent analytic and problem solving ability

● 乐观开朗，具备良好的团队合作精神；Good team player, optimistic and sociable

● 具有较强的语言表达能力，善于沟通，同时会中、英、越语的优先；Good ability of communication and presentation, good command of Chinese, English and Vietnamese is preferred

● 从事金融机构法律合规相关工作经验的优先；Previous experience in a similar legal or compliance position in financial institution is preferred
