Mô tả công việc
- Working with Government agencies (Market Surveillance, Economic Police ...) when there is an inspection of trucks and warehouses, including but not limited to: contacting, exchanging, and explaining information; sign documents, papers required by the Government agency related to goods transported by vehicle and/or stored in the warehouse
- Coordinate with the police to investigate, collect information and evidence to handle fraud cases of warehouse staff
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Operations, Legal, Finance - Accounting, Human Resources, and local authorities in dealing with complaints, protests, and demonstration of warehouse and delivery staff with respect to Company policies (if any);
- Inspect and coordinate to work with the local firefighting & prevention agency to be compliance with regulations on fire prevention and fighting at warehouses
- Other jobs arising (if any) related to warehouses / trucks that need to be coordinated with government agencies (as assigned by Hiring Manager)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male preferred, under 28 years old
- Education Background: Economics, Law (Law is preferable)
- English communication
- Good appearance, good communication, honesty, integrity, and agile manners.
- Experiences in working with government agencies such as Market Surveillance, Economic/ Investigation Police is a plus
- Willing to travel
