- Receive training requirements from Call Center, analyze training needs, set up and carry on training courses about sales skills & soft skills to Sales & Customer Service teams;
- Support to train orientation courses, coordinate and collaborate with the other non-sales departments and support the implementation and rolling-out of other ad-hoc internal training projects or programs;
- Collaborate with Product Development team to be updated new products for compiling, preparing, maintaining & updating training materials/tools for training ensure that the materials/tools always are updated and ready before performing training courses;
- Drive behavior change by constantly interacting with Management stakeholders, monitor and assess the quality after training to improve training quality or set up re-training courses;
- Build up a reporting system regarding training activities & assessment system before and after training;
- Participate to set up and propose training budget every year and control training budget in line with the budget approved;
- Facilitate engagement program, support internal event ideas;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Call Center Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female from 25 – 30 years old;
- Graduated from college at least with 02 minimum years in the same position;
- Good communication skill, critical thinking skill, facilitating skill
- Fair in English, specially reading & writing skills;
- Good organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required;
- Dynamic, proactive and fast in action.
