Mô tả công việc

Create commercial invoices in SAP system;
Checking pricing in SAP system;
Reconcile SAP with CS data and export documents;
Reconcile Inter-company balances with HO;
Performing all account reconciliations to make sure customers’ details are correct;
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;
Record AR Collections and exchange rate differences;
Record claim to customers/ return from customers;
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, generating and sending invoices, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts as required.
Log in the HAC functions and update all information as per request of the Head Office
Liaison with HO’s team for AR collections

Bachelor’s degree economic or Finance
Piority preferred ACCA, CPA Australia, CPA Vietnam is a plus
Experience with MS Excel / SAP
Experience in manufacturing factory 1 years above
English good
