The candidates should have one of below experience:
1. Recruitment:
- Implement the recruitment plan and solutions to meet the demands of the business from time to time.
- Cooperate with line managers to keep update for the JD of all positions.
- Directly implement the hiring process such as job posting, screening application, interview scheduling and other logistics for candidates.
2. Training:
- Consult with line managers to determine the training needed for making a yearly training plan.
- Implement orientation training for newcomers.
- Coordinate with departments and outsource centers to implement the skill-up training based on the yearly plan.
- Follow up the training assessment and trainee’s commitments afterwards.
3. C&B:
- Manage attendant records, annual leave, sick leave of employees.
- Implement the salary calculation.
- Deal with Insurance bureau on compulsory insurance issues, responsible for contacting with Labor bureau, social security bureau and tax bureau for monthly declaration and annual audit.
- Manage and keep update for the employees’ personnel information.
- Experience in PIT finalization (local & expats) is a strong advantage.

* Qualifications
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR of foreign-invested manufacturing companies.
* Preferences
- Good English communication skills.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law is required.
