JOB DECRIPSTION:
• Responsible for Administration of Company: Handling all issues relating to office Admin; maintain office as high standard requirement; Communication with local authorities, building administrator, and take care all things relating to Admin.
• Responsible for HR function: All functions relating to HR including
• Recruitment plan: Making yearly plan for hiring staff and commit quality and quantity as plan. Checking up recruiting process and control recruiting status as plan.
• Training and Development.
• Company policies & disciplinary.
• Employee compensations & Benefits.
• Employee relations.
• Support Production running well the office operation and others project (if any)
• Making yearly budget plan for office, consolidate yearly and control budget & responsible for controlling of some issue relating to accounting function as company assets, vendors, office’s cash spending.
• Manage Expat labor issues relating working at Branch.
• Solving all issues come from employee relationship and disciplinary.
• Welcoming and supporting for accommodation & all admin issues for visitors/internships work at DN Office.
• Supporting Production projects and others tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 02 years of experience in HRM and in IT Field.
• Preferred candidates in IT field.
• Wide knowledge in HR and background about C&B and Labor Relation.
