  • Monthly payroll: management payroll operation is smooth with zero mistake and delivery on time paying to all employees
  • New employee: make sure all information of new employee must fulfill on master file (excel) and A/X system and all employee have P-file with fulfill documents as required.
  • Resigned employee: ensure all information of resigned employee must fulfill on master file (excel) and A/X system; responsible for process final payment to employee on time; responsible for complying with resignation policy and procedure of C&B team and resigned employee.
  • Leave: responsible for leave management on A/X system (Store) and excel file.
  • Personal Income Tax (PIT): responsible for reviewing for Monthly/ yearly PIT operation such as: payment, dependent and PIT code for employee, PIT finalization for whole company.
  • Social, health, accident and unemployment insurance (SHUI): responsible for reviewing for monthly SI operation such as: increase/decrease report, claimed report, open new SI book and new HI card, close SI book; responsible for quarterly SHUI final with SHUI Dept.
  • Labor contract: prepare labor contract, ensure all employees have labor contract and been saved in P-file; make sure C&B team strictly follow the contract policy and procedure for timeline.
  • Internal and external report: responsible for whole internal and external report was prepared/sign/submit on time as required from the company and the law.
  • Internal system: ensure all information on A/X is fulfill and on time; work closely with relevant Depts. to manage well A/X and BI system.
  • Cooperation Pharmacist (DSHT): manage all DSHT
  • Law Compliance – Company policy: Update and announce to all employee on time when having any change from the law; work with C&B Manager to create new C&B policy and update/revise C&B policy, do Salary scale, Regulation working...
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
  • Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 03 years working experience in Human Resource Management at the same position level.
  • Good at English
  • Problem solving at senior skills.
  • Pro-active in communicate to all employee.
  • Delivery service in communicate to all employee.
  • Careful, Teamwork, Time Management skills
