Company will offer the transportation from HCMC and Bien Hoa to factory

Responsibility:

• Export information from finger printer software, upload data to payroll software.
• Checking, collecting and managing data of timesheets, production efficiency data to make sure having right data for calculating salary, bonus…
• Gross check with finance for the accurate payment.
• Report increase or decrease with Social agency in Dong Nai province.
• Handle sickness case, maternity in regards to insurance benefits.
• Carry out procedures with new employees, resigned employees.
• Make Probation Employment Contract and Labor Contract.
• Monitoring and management of Labour contracts.
• Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
• Contact social, health agency offices and labour authorities on providing Social insurance book and health insurance card for employees according to local law.
• Salary calculation for all employees.
• Other HR tasks assigned by Manager.
