C&B Specialist

Reports to: Head of C&B cum Shared Service
Job Purpose: Be responsible for executing the employee compensation and benefit with the objectives of building attractive remuneration package to attract, retain the talent.
Accountabilities:
Key Activities:
1. Payroll
- Make monthly calculation of sales incentives for all salesman cross country.
- Complete monthly payroll for employees
- Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
- Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month prior 30th.
- Submit monthly report (manpower) Head of Compensation & Benefit or other reports related to manpower whenever required.
- Make payment to Social Insurance authority
2. Personal income tax
- Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Department.
- Make payment to Tax authority.
- Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
3. Extra health care insurance
- Report enrolment / resignation / change to the insurance company.
- Participate to renew the annual policy.
- Support employees in claim process and documents required.
4. C&B projects
- Coordinate with HRBP commercial for Sales incentive policy.
- Analysis cost to company for proposal salary package for target groups as requested.
- Assist to make annual salary survey.
- Update the job evaluation for all jobs in company.
- Assist to make data of employees’ performance review.
- Participant in set up HRMS system
5. Audit
- Provide the documents and data requested by the internal and external auditor.
6. Reporting:
- Monthly reporting on headcount and personnel cost.
- Ad-hoc reporting related to headcount and cost to company as requested.
- Prepare labor/total compensation reports for many branches of De Heus Vietnam.
7. Others
- Assist all activities related to HR or company events.
- Other duties as assigned by C&B manager / HRM / HRD.
Result:
- Salary is paid timely and accurate
- Monthly report and other relevant reports are conducted in good quality and timely
- All PIT is finalized each year
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications: University Degree in Economics or Human Resource Management
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in C&B, especially directly calculate payroll.
- Good knowledge of Labor Code and P.I.T
- Experience in HR Business Partner for production/sales is the priority.
- Experience in customization of HRM software is the priority
- Experience in working with internal audit and inspection/inspection of social insurance and personal income tax.
Competencies
- Good customer service, interpersonal skills, team working, logical thinking, and time management.
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English.
- Professional in MS. Excel with analytical ability.
- Presentation ability
Language(s)
- Vietnamese & Immediate level in English
