C&B Specialist
Mô tả công việc
- Manage the labor contract, employee profile, reward record, disciplinary record, termination record, etc.
- Process payroll timely, accurately, and compliantly.
- Resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, company policies.
- PIT Management (included but not limited to) complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept; perform PIT finalization on yearly basis.
- Social, Health, and Unemployment insurances (included but not limited to): full cycle from registration for new employees to closing for leavers.
- Complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) as required by HRM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance.
- At least 6 years of hands-on C&B experience, ideally for companies’ size 400-600 headcounts.
- Strong understanding & knowledge of Vietnam labour market, labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law, and other related regulations.
- Good level of English proficiency.
- Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel).
- Collaboration, openness, learning mindset.
