Role
Responsible for all functions of C&B, employees services process and HRIS in an efficient & effective manner. Also, support HR Department to achieve Company business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Contract
- Follow-up, keep track and record Labour Contract status, decision of promotion/ salary appraisal for employees
2. Payroll
- Control working time, overtime and annual leave (keep track data, record database…)
- Process monthly payroll timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures.
- Support foreigners in creating Bank Account to receive their salary
- Work with the Bank for monthly salary payment.
- Send payslips for all employees before the 5th of next month.
- Update bonus amount on system (if any).
3. Social Insurance
- Register SIHIUI process for Employee correctly and timely
- Make all reports related to SI-HI-UI for Vietnamese and foreigners
- Receive and deliver all MI Cards for employees.
- Check balance SI
- Prepare monthly SI Payment before the 25th of the month
4. Labour Union
- Support Labour Union in calculating the amount for Labour Union payment.
5. Labour Department
- Make Labour Report (Foreigner) quarterly and apply it to Department of Labours, Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Make Labour Report (Vietnamese) quarterly and apply it to Chamber of Labours, Invalids and Social Affairs.
- Make labour status report to Career Centre every month
6. Tax Department
- Make Report to register Tax Code for new hires & foreigners
- Receive, collect supported documents and make Report on Dependent Registration for employees
- Make quarterly PIT Report.
- Make PIT Liquidation for employees & foreigners
7. HRIS
- Be responsible for HR Information system, Design Template and update information timely
- Making report via HRIS
8. Others
- Handle visa, work permit for expat
- Handle annual health check program
- Support HR events: parties, gifting, ….
- Perform other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 2 years of experience in C&B.
• Good knowledge about C&B process and salary market.
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
• Understand expat relation tasks (payroll, SI, PIT, visa, work permit)
