• Advise Board of Directors in system of organization chart, set up company policy and regulations of HR
• Update the current Law to Board of Directors and advice on Law Labor and related regulation.
• Responsible for HR management and other relevent jobs such as: recruitment, regulations, salary, wage, bonus, on leave…
• Consult, set-up and execute strageties of HR, training course and other program for employee
• Document record
• Employee Expense Management
• Place of work: Tay Ninh province
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male/ Female at age 30 or elder
• University graduated major in Bachelor of Law, Human Resources Management, Administration, Labor Cost/ Payroll or Enterprise Administration
• At least 05 years of working experience in the same position
• Acknowledge of wage and salary, Social insurance and allowance for employee
• Have experience in recruitment and training
• Proactive, careful, skillful of interaction and solving problem
• Faithful, straightful
• Multi- tasking, team working
• Good at English
