Assistant Of Director (IELTS >= 7.5)

- Fully support on contributing to increase Sales & Revenue/ productivity/ market share/ brand awareness/ customer service of Horeca Expat team;
- Prepare quotation, wine for tasting/training, other FOC items;
- Prepare contracts/Memo, create code to update system, product certificates, tasting notes, and other paper works with customers, client;
- Support in design and printing wine list for client (if required);
- Receive orders and track the delivery process;
- Coordinate with shop’s staffs, delivery, stock keepers, accountants to get wine sent to clients
- Together with salesman/manager to support accountant in asking out of date payment/debt from clients
- Ensure implement all terms of sales contract with clients;
- Check consignment stock at client’s places and get numbers of other accounts from accountant
- Do weekly (Sales), monthly reports (Sales/ FOC/ Schedule);
- Support execution with Director of Events and Horeca Expat Country Director
- Support for training/event preparation
- Inform/communicate with Horeca Expat Salesmen about items low/ run out of stock (work with the Logistic team)
* Daily General Task
- Translation, support to clear communication with Horeca Expat Country Director and other team;
- Book air ticket, accommodation for expatriate’s business trip;
- Prepare budget plan and send advance request to accountant
- Prepare payment requests/money request in advance and send to accountant;
- Any other tasks which is asked in order to improve current status of the company;

* Qualification
- Good communication skills, spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English;
- Can manage multi task at the same time;
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline;
- Ability of information synthesizing, collecting, and resolving quickly
- Knowledgeable in project management;
- Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred;
- Careful, teamwork
- Active, Creative, can give opinions
- Strong interpersonal skills
* Experience
- At least 2 year work experience as Sales Assistant
- Experience of working as Assistant to foreigner GD/ GM/Manager
* Education
- University graduated major in International Economy/ Administration/ Media / Import - Export - English language (From: FTU, DAV, NEU...)
- Good at Computer skills (MS Office, Internet…)
- Good communication in English.
