- Making and follow up quarterly employee uniform within company budget
- Support HR manager follow up insurance contracts, meal service, security company. Renting car contracts, company property insurance and others business contract
- Daily, weekly and monthly having good management car policy to minimize cost- To arrange car for employees go to business when they need
- Monthly collecting stationeries requirement from others department and report to HR manager
- Monthly calculate gasoline consumer, tolls fee of company car
- Follow up BOD rent housing, renew the housing contract, do liquidation contract (if any)
- Follow up work permit, resident card all needed document related foreigner.- Booking Air plan ticket for employee, manager and BOD when traveling.
- Monthly payment all related services to suppliers
- Take responsibility of office equipment to make plan for maintenance, office stationery, tools and equipments, buying new one.Others task will be assigned by HR manager and BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
- Honest, fast react, service skill- Teamwork
- Strongly report writing and verbal reporting skill in English
- Deeply understanding of general affair job.
- Good computer and database skills
- Knowledge in economic contract
- At least 5 year experiences in general affair job
- BS degree in any subject, English is preferable
- Working at Shilla Bags International Co. Ltd., (Address: Chanh Hamlet, Duc Lap Ha Commune,Duc Hoa District, Long An province)
