  • Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into office. Provide information regarding products or services of the company where necessary.
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
  • Monitoring and maintaining office service and equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed (stationery, water and coffee supply, planting service, cleaning service…)
  • To control the usage of office machines and facilities and be in charge of the repair and maintenance of these equipment when necessary
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, office facility, etc.)
  • Manage the tea lady to perform the good job
  • Others tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Experienced in admin and reception tasks in at least 2 years. Candidate who used to work in software industry would be an advantage.
  • Be good at solving problem skill and be able to work independently
  • Fluently in English and Thai language both in writing and speaking.
  • Highly meet the work requirement and ability to work with the last minutes change
  • Highly patience and ability to work under high pressure working condition
  • Have the team work spirit to contrute for a successful AF department
