Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing a team of accountants, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

· Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and related reports.

· Maintain compliance with regulations and accounting standards.

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure controls are in place.

· Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.

· Liaise with external auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits while providing requested documentation.

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

· Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics

· Analyze financial data and present financial reports to senior management.

· AI and Data Analysis: Utilize AI tools and data analytics for financial insights and process improvements

· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risks related to financial operations.

· Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and training

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or ACCA/CPA preferred).

· Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBook) and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

· Male or Female must be at least 28-40 years of age.

· Work in Vientiane, Laos
