Accountant (cum HR Staff)
Mô tả công việc
● Perform internal accounting operations, supporting corporate tax accounting work
● Monitor, update cash receipts and payments to account for internal expenses
● Responsible for VAT issues, invoices for customers and partners
● Contact customers and coordinate with related departments to draft contracts
● Organize and store company files, contracts and internal documents with hard and soft files
● Be responsible for employee salary and benefits (such as making and checking timesheets, payroll,...) and other processes related to employee benefits
● Support in the development of internal documents related to administrative and accounting work
● Support administrative work, logistics, clerical work
● Manage staffs and conduct other relevant tasks
● Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields;
● Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
● Good command in office software and accounting software
● Patient, detail, careful, flexible
● Able to work under hard pressure
● Excellent organization and time management skills
● Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Prefer Microsoft Dynamic or SAP)
● Good English is an advantage
Phúc lợi công việc
● Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month
● Type of work: Full-time
● Bonus 13th month salary, bonus on holidays and New Year.
● Fully paid social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other benefits according to the company's policy and the law
● Working time: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)
● Working place: 01 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
