Mô tả công việc
- Issue sales invoice of Spare Parts (SPP);
- Reconciling and tracking the receivable account of Spare Parts business with Aftersales Service Dept. and Dealers;
- Spare Parts: Making Spare Parts output sheet to expenditure; and Collecting output sheet to issue e-invoice if any;
- Sales Materials: Double check output sheet; and Collecting output sheet to issue e-invoice if any;
- Stock ending balance (Spare Parts & Sales Materials) & Profit Loss by SPP segment;
- Inventory Accountant: Double check input documents and reserve the entries goods in transit of imported goods: CKD, CBU, CSO, Spare Parts;
- Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields;
- At least 1 year experience;
- Good at MS Office, specialized in Excel;
- Good English Writing.
- Microsoft D365 or Mankichi software experiences are preferred.
