Team leadership:
- Lead account team of 2AMs throughout the end-to-end client serving process (from proposal to pitching, onboarding, and execution)
- Manage team capacity and assign tasks to each direct report
- Lead recruiting and training for account team
Client relationship management:
- Be responsible for Social commerce solution P&L, and Account team P&L
- Responsible to build the solution strategy, including Product development and BD process towards target client group
- Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company
- Consult clients on directions and strategies
Project management:
- Plan team’s P&L (annual, quarterly and monthly P&L), monitoring, managing and ensuring the team’s delivery of the planned P&L target
- Monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discuss end-of-project performance review with client
- Implement performance management practices, processes and measures
- Outline structure for proposal development
Knowledge development:
- Lead the development of best practice solutions to broaden client impact

- Experienced in social commerce
- Experienced in new product development, esp. apply lean approach
- Experienced in Business Development, esp. for B2B clients
- Proven track record in managing P&L preferred
- Strong track record of client leadership is a plus
- Strong leadership with ability to lead and build team
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strong adaptability, preferred experience in startup environment
