Human Resources

1. Compensation & Benefits:

- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.

2. Recruitment & on-boarding:
- Build up talent pool
-Manage the hiring process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team.
- Conduct orientation and training programs.

3. Employee Relations Management:
- Solve employee relation issues.
- Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth.

4. Human Resources Policies and Procedures:
- Set up, Maintain, update and improve HR policies (Internal Labor Regulation, Collective Labour Agreement…).

5. Admin:
- Handle international assignment of expats such as licensing, visa/work permit, TRC.
- Some other admin tasks.

Operations Systems Development and Management

- Support GM to set up Vietnam team from the beginning: Finding location, buying office equipment, deal with suppliers and Vendors directly.
- Update and maintain operations manuals.
- Control cash & bank account

- Prepare monthly payroll (Control Annual Leave, Time Attendance, Overtime; build up Sales Commission,Benefit, Incentive; Caculate meal ticket for employees...).
- Prepare HR budget each year for all branches in Vietnam and follow it.
- Follow up SHUI, Health Insurance and other benefit for employees. Deal with Aon to get the best price each years.
- Prepare PIT finalization each year.
- Follow up and prepare Labor Contract timely.
3. Training & Development:
- Follow up training plan, individual development plan stipulated by Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.
- Implement orientation for new members.
- Work with line managers and HR Director to build up yearly training plan for employees.
4. Employees Relationship:
- Record employees' expaction, feedbacks & HR issues, handle disciplinary meeting and collective issues, ensure regulatory compliance.
- Set up events for company such as Year-end party, Teambuilding, Women day's...
5. Report:
- Submit montly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports on time.
- Notice any new or change relevant laws and regulations which impact to the company.
