+ Handle full set of customer services and support the Sales team and Manager all processes related to the
customer: Discuss with the customer all terms in Sales Contract and provide Sales Contract, follow up the order
status, shipping schedule, shipping docs (checking), payment, and solve matter happening if any as well as sales
report, GM,...
+ To liaise with branches and salesperson and assist on products delivery
+ To compile market information from the salesperson

- Admin + Accountant tasks:

+ Assist in daily administrative duties for the company including maintenance of office equipment and assets,

+ Beside new customers, I’m taking care of old customers and follow up all related process: their products, pick up
new demand, get a new contract, connect with manufacturer/Supplier in Korea, Prepare/Checking shipping
documents, shipping schedule, payment from the customer, cargo status as well as resolve all matters happening
related to the customer.
+ Moreover, I take responsibility for raw material, machinery business, and others the project with my Director
(Gelatin, Collagen, soft gelatin capsule machine…)

+ Normally will follow my boss for meeting with the customer (included presentation before customer BOD) as well
as a translator.
