•Setting up online lending business in Vietnam including Legal, Financial, HR, IT, Fraud and Risk scoring, KYC, Customer Care, Manual Verification, Sales and Collection team with more than 70 staff and third parties.
•On behalf of Representative of CEO for all business decision related including internal and external communication.
•Ownership of the P&L and KPI for Vietnam office.
•Review and improve product parameters, customer rates fee and charges.
•Review and improve process for continuous customer experience.
•Responsible for product governance and local regulatory requirements implementation
•To coordinate to bring best solution for running business including internal operation and available sufficient solution(s) in the market.
•Oversee detailed processes and client journeys across selected platform partners.
•Review product documentation applications, statement, alerts and advices, terms, client communications, FAQs, etc.
•To ensure employee to follow the process, policy and maintain good company brandname.
•To deepdive into marketing and business analyst to have stable operation and fast growing of business.
•To set up Tableau reports to have sufficient tracking of business and operation.
