Head of Legal and Compliance Department
- First and foremost tasked with leading the legal advisors in all legal corporate affairs; tasked with the implementation of key legal processes that related to legal drafting, negotiations, and settlement agreements for Clients.

- Closely work with legal advisors in drafting sensitive and high-value legal documentation necessary for business operations for internal and external purpose. Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to other members of staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the internal business categories and business of Clients.
- Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws.
- Attend the meetings/conferences as and when required/directed by CEO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and Account Manager, facilitating connections with clients.

- Corporate compliance and restructuring: Advising and carrying out compliance/restructuring tasks during the operation of businesses; supporting businesses in inspection, examination sessions by the State authorities.
- Legal support for foreigners: Advising procedures for issuance/extension/re-issuance of work permits, visas, temporary resident cards.
- Labor: Drafting/reviewing internal documents of enterprises, advising and carrying out procedures for registering internal labor regulations, collective labor agreements, establishment of trade unions, social insurance registration.
- Intellectual property right: Advising and carrying out procedures for exclusive trademark registration, trademark registration application owner transformation, trademark assignment transformation, trademark use right transformation.
- Branches/Representative offices in Vietnam of foreign traders: Advising and carrying out procedures for obtaining, amending, extending establishment licenses, terminating the operation of branches/representative offices.
- Directly contact, communicate, discuss, and participate in meeting with clients to collect information and documents relevant to the case; Contact and work with the competent State authorities, other relevant bodies, organizations and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients; Contemplate dossiers, draft documents, devise plans for resolving cases.
