documents...) and participate in workshop, wedding fair, festivals (if any), propose new promotions,
marketing events for company to approach new customers.
Archive documents and letters when needed.
Other tasks required by Director.

In charge of works related to Sales department.
Communicate with clients and partners, advise and support clients during the course of work at the Company.
Provide customer care via phone and direct meeting or keep communication with them via Email or
other popular interacting applications like Zalo, Viber...;
Receive, resolve or report to Managers about questions, complaints, other arising problems of clients, follow and respond to them.
Attend net-working events, broaden the network of potential clients (seminar, workshop…)
Compile and manage business administrative documents like service budget plan, evaluation of success opportunity, prepare service contracts, quotation, sample forms, documents, payment… for
clients.
Collect, compile and store documents, papers and files of the clients.
Update the data of the Sales Department, manage clients’ data on GetFly to report the result to the
Manager/Director.
Confirm/check necessary documents required from clients and upload on Dropbox the received files.
Support Legal team on filling visa application forms (Form 80, 1139A…)
Support administrative tasks of Hanoi Office.
Other works assigned by Managers & Director.
