Managing and maintaining stock lists, ordering office supplies & equipment as needed, performing accounting tasks (including payment, purchase order, invoicing) and budget tracking (such as: name card, letter head, sim card, 3G device, phone, stationery, photocopy machine, drinking water, etc.)
- Performing purchase requisitions and payment request for expenses related to office’s
stationaries, office telephone, parking fee, office rental, electricity fee, office posting, office taxi, ect
- Maintaining and making payment in plant watering service monthly.
- Administrating company taxi cards
- Guiding and supporting office driver expenses, claims, cash advance
- Supports employee documentation for expats (visa, work permit, ect)
- Arranging in travel by booking accommodation, air ticket
Be in charge entrance system, registers for employee and visitors (employee cards/
temporary cards/ visitor cards, parking for employees, etc).
- Assisting company events, charity and social events
- Preparing admin report and monthly expense reports to line manager.
- HR support (Arranging induction for new hire, supporting recruiter, preparing onboarding process for new)
- Enhancing and improving Admin system and process
