Main Duties:
- New supplier assessment recommendation, review and onboarding which include
conducting audits.
- Work with internal team on any discrepancies related to new source material/ new
supplier
- Develop partnership with suppliers and negotiate best price, identify and partner with
reliable suppliers
- Maintain strong business relationship with suppliers for product development and
production.
Deal with all sub-contractors for production timetable, shipment schedule and quality
issue.
- Price negotiation and sampling process with supplier. Monitor and follow-up sample process, testing, production, shipment….
- Build redundancies – a bank of back up suppliers for all raw material and product lines
- Handle supplier scorecard process annually
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising purchasing executives and other staff
- Work with deadlines and assist with strategic planning.
- Analyze the market trend, pick up the inspiration with suitable material, work on the
graphics and propose for buyers, ensure product meet buyer directions and
requirements.
- Set KPI for purchasing team.
- Make monthy report to review total cost/ all items which purchased.
- Travel between North/ South Viet Nam to have meeting customer to solve all complaint
- Supervisor of representative office in HCM city
- Arrange domestic/ oversea business trip schedule for G.M
- Book air ticker /visa/ hotel for GM and all staffs in company
- Arrange all related department for weekly/ month meeting & make meeting minutes.
- Follow & coordinate with all departments to ensure all jobs follow up correct procedures.
- Highly supporting all departments: PD, QA, Finance to solve trouble in daily working

oversea colleagues.
- Sale experience in pottery for customers in several countries and take full responsibility
for keeping and developing the business relationships
- Experiences in assisting the review and replenishment of stock level in the warehouse,
make the balance and support in the production planning process
- Solve all problems caused in the sales, distribution and export processing:
meeting customers, claims, damaged and broken goods, late documents, late
shipments…), have to perform root cause analysis, and drive solution
- Meeting with production team and planner every week to follow the production
schedule and make sure all orders to be finished and delivered on time.
- Prepare visiting agenda when customer visit to factory (arrange hotel booking and
visa if needed) and pick up/ drop off customer at airport
- Follow up and make sure all the shipping documentation (bill of lading, C/O) to be
done without discrepancy at the soonest time
- Working with forwarders and shipping lines for the best freight and service for all
shipments; booking and coordinating with them to solve all problems related to export
shipments. Resolve all issues regarding to the shipments (payment, claim...)
