Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other staff members.
- Source applicants through online channels like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Manage the candidate experience by being the initial contact, moving candidates through the interviewing process, prescreening, and maintaining the recruitment pipeline
- Supply hiring managers with shortlisted resumes and detailed feedback by highlighting strengths and weaknesses
