+ Conducted legal research on various cases regarding Civil law, Business, Investment, etc. under the supervision of paralegals and associates;
+ Reviewed documents, contracts and analyze points that are not accurate or not reasonable under the guidance of a mentor;
+ Assisted during the process of IRC, ERC registration/adjustment by filling in the form, double-checking legal documents, contacting Government agencies to inquire about any remaining issues;
+ Translated legal documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, proofread and edit to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors;
+ Traveled to local government offices (such as DoITs, DPI, DOLISA, etc.), to submit and retrieve application dossiers and work with authorities as necessary to ensure efficient processing.

+ Translated, edited, and proofread correspondence and legal documents as Application documents, Charter, Explanation, etc.;

• Main tasks:
+ Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Oversee the legal compliance of transactions, documents, and contracts issued and signed by the Company;
+ Research laws, decrees, circulars, etc., related to the company's field of operation, and regularly update management with the latest legal information;
+ Advise the Board of Directors on legal matters;
+ Responsible for carrying out procedures related to documents and procedures such as establishing, changing, registering trademarks/branches, etc.;
+ Liaise and transact with external agencies to handle tasks assigned by superiors;
