- Sells products to international markets by identifying customers; meeting their needs.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Drive the sales efforts of the team in reaching or surpassing targets.
- Implements sales programs by identifying prospects; developing field sales action plans; tracking and monitoring results.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Develops new products and product improvements by tracking industry trends and competitors; interviewing customers; analyzing competitive products; coordinating with research.
- Analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses to promote appropriate strategy during crisis seasons.
- Prepares sales and service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Dealt with customer complaints and acted as the Company's trouble shooter.
