- Provides first-class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product. Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
- Welcome customers and introduce products to customers
- Perform beauty care work for customers
- Consult/ recommend the beauty services of system
- Consult/ recommend products suitable for customers
- Maintain relationships with old customers and find potential customers Achieve sales
- Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
- Receive feedback from customers to solve, appropriately to serve customers the best
- Teams with other employees to make sure that product is available and shoppable in stores
- Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
- Meets with retail associates to help them effectively sell products
- Discovers how to market products to new users
- Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
- Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
- Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
- Perform other tasks as required by the Company's business and by order of the Board of Directors
