- Maintain existing business and develop growth opportunities with NYTG team
- Create sale strategies and sales plans to ensure sales objectives are achieved the target
- Monitor and track the market information on competitors, customers as well as brands
- Work independently with customers and internal teams
- Become a contact center for the customers and factory
- Build partnership relationship with brands and customers for long term business
- Travel around Vietnam and aboard occasionally
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree holder in textile or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 5 years Sales and Marketing experience of textile industry with excellent results. (Less experience will also be considered)
- Highly flexible in terms of travel, an international mindset
- strong opinions but a pro-active and good listener to clients
- Team oriented, focused, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate and inspiring
- Aggressive, self-driven with the strategic mind to explore new opportunities, broaden customer portfolio and generate sales
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in speaking both English and capable of Vietnamese is preferred.
