• Develop and propose relevant communications plan which help strategize and refine Marketing department’s goals.

• To be BUV contact point for media agencies and partners. Liaise and follow-up with them to ensuring PR/marketing activities made through those channels are done with high quality.

• Revise and ensure that all content and communication outwards are consistent to the organization’s brand personality and to deliver the appropriate marketing message.

• Produce excellent written copy.

• Collect, review and develop quality marketing content and material includes but not limited to website content development, newsletters, leaflet,… and more to increase student and parent attraction and maximise brand awareness.

• Contribute and support other team members in promotion and organization of events.

• Manage department merchandises and Stock inventory.

• Track and analyse PR success for future marketing programs/initiatives improvement.

• Research and keep up to date with developments in marketing, identifying the latest trends and tools, and sharing findings and recommendations with other marketing team members.

• Other assignments requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven knowledge of social media and PR principles and practice.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.

• Creative Video/Graphical Content Production ability is a plus.

• Understanding of international higher education system is preferable.

• Highly motivated and creative with a passion for connecting with people.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.

• Strong copywriting skills, in Vietnamese and English.

• Hold at least a Bachelor degree (or higher) from reputable International Higher Education Institution.

• At least 3 years working experience in Marketing and PR COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively and collaborates with other to accomplish team goals and objectives.

• Planning & Organising: Effectively plans, organizes, prioritizes, manages time, and balances day-to-day demands with planning effort to achieve goals/objectives and deadlines.

• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Identifies, analyses situations, weighs relevance and accuracy of data & information, generates and evaluates alternative solutions and/or effective approaches and makes timely and well thought-out decisions.

• Creative Thinking & Innovation: Discover new opportunities and solutions; looking beyond current practices, being able to think outside the box to invent/discover/generate new and better ways of doing things.

• Communicating Effectively: Actively listens to strengthen the quality of communication, and communicates effectively in a variety of communication setting & styles in writing or orally in presentations to individuals or groups.

• Reading Comprehension: Demonstrates understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

• Writing: Communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. COMPETENCIES (BEHAVIORAL).
