- Build up monthly and quarterly Digital Marketing plans, brand communication based on the common goals of RSM and related professional departments.
- Optimize the effectiveness of advertising, especially on Google Adwords, optimize SEO, UI, and UX on the website; increase website retention time; Facebook Ads; Linked
- Print implements natural forum seeding; Google Analystic in-depth analysis to adjust advertising planning and budget allocation.
- Synthesize and edit Content Marketing in particular and digital marketing activities.
- Manage contents related to company information, company image and project / campaign on the internet, to have solutions to overcome risks.
- Market research (product, market demand, competitors, ...)
- Coordinate implementation with partners to implement marketing plans.
- Implement other jobs assigned from the Head of Customer Development and the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University majoring in Marketing, foreign trade, economics, etc.
- Deep understanding and experience working in the online marketing field for at least 2 years is required.
- Independent working ability.
- Strategic thinking in marketing.
- Proficient in office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Open-mindedness, honesty, enthusiasm, and ability to work under high pressure.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Capable of business traveling when required.
