1. Monitor the operation of all Daiso stores
- Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation- Contact and negotiate with leaser for the contract
- Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring.
- Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery.
2. Support for opening new Daiso stores:
- Support for setup fixture and display for new stores.
- Training operation/cashier skill and product knowledge for new staff
- Support for operation during the opening period.
3. Other duties:
- Make daily, monthly report.
- Translate product name list.
- Create and print POP, product information… for all stores.
- Arrange with accounting for payment to suppliers.
- Order small equipment, stationery and material for store using.
- Other tasks assigned by Daiso Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Experience:
- College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- 1-2 years experience at the same position
Knowledge, skills & Behavior
- Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Time-management and team work skills.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
