  • Maintaining and increasing sales of D’art Chocolate products
  • Follow and build Sales Strategies and Targets to reach the goals set for Hanoi
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Help build programs to drive growth and healthy engagement among customers
Yêu cầu công việc
  • A passion for building an established chocolate brand towards the next level
  • 3+ years experience in a sales or marketing environment or similar
  • Numbers-driven approach towards hitting targers
  • Flexible and can deal effectively with rapid changes in the market
  • Entrepreneurial mindset (self-motivated, tenacious, resourceful, and independent)
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
