Mô tả công việc

- Preparing of market studies, research and consulting reports.
- Ensuring the quality of research and consultancy reports, press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications produced by the team to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm.
- Preparation of presentation materials.
- Maintenance, review and expansion of the research and consulting services of the unit as appropriate.
- Development of new research products and fee-generating works where applicable.
- Assistance in the management and supervision of all operations of the research & consultancy business unit.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of market research or in a professional services firm. Real estate experience a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills; comfortable with working globally and remotely. Strong analytical skills and writing ability (In English) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Proficient in MS Excel, and other MS Office applications; proficiency in SPSS or other statistical packages a plus. Prior work on qualitative or quantitative surveys a plus. Able to work independently.
