1. Inspection of BP activities in accordance with MLM-related laws and company internal regulations
2. Education and case dissemination for BP compliance
3. Receiving and handling reports of violations of BP's internal regulations
4. Legal review related to company business
5. Understand and share current updates in regulations/new guidelines/circulars published by related ministry
6. Report on major statutory changes
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education and Experience:
- Diploma of University degree or higher, major in Law
- Lawyers licensed
2. Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competences:
- MLM-related work experience in Vietnam
- Compliance related work experience, at least 4 years at Manager position
- Best in collaboration & teamwork
- Good in leading and managing change
- Fluently in English is preferred
