- Prepare & propose 8 weeks rolling forecast into standard forecast format as input to be reviewed by the business team.
- Follow up and measure, track the S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics with S&OP team.
- Consolidate forecast volume accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Inventory management at 10 trading cos to ensure sufficient stock level for fast and low moving SKUs.
- Analyze forecasting (errors) and suggest areas for improvement.
- Analyze historical sales data & trends as input for the demand forecast.
- Prepare presentations used during S&OP meetings, and highlight areas of improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Fluently in Business English is a must.
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG industry as a role of Sales Demand planning. Used to work for international company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office. Excellent at Excel is a must.
- Analysis skill is a must required. Pro-activeness and hard working.
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency.
- Outstanding follow-up skills - Sensitivity with confidential information.
- Good at logical thinking.
- Good at written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on projects. Good critical thinking and problem - solving skills.
