- Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region to develop right strategy at right region.
- Perform full year organizing trade activities in line with business objectives/ brand objectives.
- Execution of National activations and events for all company portfolios based on Brand Campaign.
- Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial departments and external partners.
- Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
- Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.), monitoring the competitor activities and propose innovative ideas.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.
- Knowledge of professionally trade marketing activities.
- At least 3 years working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG.
- Expert in data analysis is required. Analytical thinking and problem-solving oriented.
- Good & clear communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluently spoken and written in English.
- Open-minded and enthusiasm.
- Dedication and commitment.
