Mô tả công việc

1. Position purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position)
• The local Reporting accountant is responsible for all the local accounting reporting activities to ensure the company business transactions are complied with local accounting regulations.

2. Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics)
• Maintain and monitoring SUN system to ensure data translation / conversion from SAP (IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards) to local GAAP (VAS – Vietnamese Accounting Standards) correctly as well as comliance with Circular 200.
• Prepare Accounting Books to comply with local Accounting / Tax regulations.
• Prepare Financial Statements: Coordinate with local auditor and relevant stakeholders to prepare the statutory financial statements.
• Prepare reconciliation statement / bridging IFRS - local GAAP.
• Prepare journals as required adjusting IFRS management accounts to local GAAP statutory accounts.
• Prepatre / Support the internal / statutory audits (included tax audits) and address auditor questions during audit.
• Prepare all local statutory reports for reporting to local authorities.
• Advise the stakeholders for accounting treatments under local GAAP.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience as General Ledger Accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of local accounting system, local accounting standards & regulations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
• Experience of working as part of an integrated team to provide of accounting expertise to business divisions.
• Good communication in English spoken & written skills.
