Algorithm Leadership and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated signal processing algorithms for 5G systems, using MATLAB for advanced prototyping and C/C++ for high-performance production code, optimized for both telecom and automotive platforms like C-V2X.
System Architecture and Simulation: Architect comprehensive system simulations to validate performance and compliance with 3GPP standards, ensuring applicability to C-V2X use cases like vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication.
Hardware Platform Modeling: Design and oversee virtual hardware platforms using SystemC, ensuring signal processing components are optimized and integrated with target hardware for both 5G base stations and automotive systems.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership by mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, guiding cross-functional teams, and collaborating with automotive and telecom architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Automotive Integration: Expand 5G implementations into the automotive field, integrating 5G links into C-V2X for connected driving, ensuring robust, low-latency communication for safety-critical applications.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Expert proficiency in MATLAB for signal processing, C/C++ for optimized coding, system simulation tools for validation, and SystemC for hardware modeling.
Deep knowledge of 5G standards, particularly 3GPP (e.g., Release 15-18), and expertise in C-V2X protocols for connected driving, ensuring leadership in both telecom and automotive applications.
Advanced experience with system simulation, critical for validating 5G and C-V2X performance.
Expert knowledge of SystemC for virtual hardware platforms, paired with digital design principles, applicable to automotive ECUs and 5G infrastructure.
5+ years of experience in signal processing and 5G development, with a proven track record of leading projects, now including automotive integration.
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to oversee diverse teams and drive project success across industries.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
