Senior Executive, Legal

Operation Legal:

• Researching legal issues and provide timely, concise and business-focused legal advice on legal issues arising out of the company’s business, proactively identify associated risks and recommend mitigation strategies;
• Prepare, review, draft, comment on business agreements/contracts;
• Negotiate and finalize legal documents or support other departments in their business negotiation.

M&A Legal:

• Support the Legal directors and Legal managers in strategic files, including M&A deals and real estate projects;
• Draft and review commercial contracts such as project transfer agreement, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts and other related legal documents;
• Provide legal advice on laws and regulations relating to real estate, project transfer, project investment approval, legal issue related land management (land use fee), land acquisition, construction…;
• Planning and conduct legal procedures necessarily to deploy real estate projects and legal issues related to real estate projects;
• Supports Office Liaison in responding to relevant legislative and regulatory proposals;
• Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partner.
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.
