SCOPE OF WORK

Type of product/ service: SSL certificate

1. Sales (50%)

  • Support manager to identify and prospect potential B2B clients
  • Answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, sales appointments, and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow-up order status, provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Support to manage sales tracking tools, compile reports, maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Record sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.

2. Customer Support (50%)

  • Support customers concerns, issues, inquiries related to SSL certificates: validation, technical issues (will be trained).
  • Verify documents and ensure all the applied information is accurate with the registration business; support process orders on system.
  • Support processing and making purchasing order/ Balance sheet monthly.
  • Ensure all tasks are done within required time frame set out by department procedure.
  • Report any unusual activity to your supervisors.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Have 6-month to 1-year of experience in similar roles
  • Good English skill, able to communicate in English-speaking environment
  • Have experience in IT field is a plus
  • Good communication, problem-solving, speed at work and learning attitude
  • Ability to work independently or in a team to solve all the requests and other diverse issues from customers
