- Propose price package, F&B package, B2B promotion plan;
- In charge of distribution strategy (including setting target for each distribution channel);
- In charge of selling plan;
- In charge of leasing;
- Seting sales goal and quota;
- Co-ordinate with Operation team to assure tenant follow our tenancy;
- Co-ordinate with Marketing Team Leader to achieve common goals;
- Train and support Sales staff to achieve revenue target.
- Other task assigned by Sale and Marketing HOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, hospitality field
- Strong oral and written vietnamese/ english communication skills;
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals, b2b and b2c
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
