  • Build and grow the brands ESTERAS, EMSA and TERRANEO in Vietnam
  • Responsible for planning, preparing and managing the strategic and operative sales activities in the domestic market
  • Develop strategies, plans and budget in order to achieve short and long term KPI
  • Analyze local market and identify suitable sales channels, products and pricing
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth and ability to negotiate and create win-win situations
  • Establish and manage a nationwide distributor system
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and updating of sales activities
  • Manage debt collection system and program to ensure low level of outstanding debt ratio
  • Manage the company’s showrooms and organize and execute fairs and exhibitions in Vietnam
  • Carry out supporting marketing activities together with the Head of Sales
  • Be involved in the design and development of products for the Vietnamese market
  • Other tasks assigned by the General Director
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Vietnamese with University Degree in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing; applicants with more practical education and experience will be considered as well
  • At least 5 years in a managerial position and with successful experience in the sales of outdoor or indoor products and accessories or similar products
  • Advanced computer knowledge in MS Office programs and other related software
  • Creative and analytical brain, a good figures cruncher with solid experience in price calculations
  • Pleasant, open-minded and trustful personality with strong customer and sales orientation
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well organized, with a passion and drive to succeed
  • Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing) and willingness to travel nationwide about 40-50% of the time

* Workplace: Sales Office, Dist. 4, Hochiminh City. This position reports to the Head of Sales of Emsa Vietnam.
