- Responsible for an agreed group of key accounts for the Resort and maintains a complete contact record of these accounts.
- Develops a clear understanding of the Resorts business strategies then sets goals and action plans to meet those goals.
- Update client visits action plans weekly to the Director of Sales.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the Resort by clients.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to the competition (sites, pricing, services offered, marketing initiatives etc.)
- Maintains a close working relationship with the Resorts front office, F & B and operations team to ensure all clients’ needs are met.
- Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the Director of Sales and develop professional long term business relationships.
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Works closely with the Director of Sales to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the Resort.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities will include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time to clients.
