- Developing and executing operations strategies that deliver profitable growth according to the business plan.
- Closely controlling and monitoring operations cost.
- Preparation performance reports to the management for improvement and development purposes.
- Planning, directing, and managing all transportation within the group.
- Coordinating with Overseas Department for on time incoming shipment including
- Coordinating with contractors for all plant’s construction projects.
- Managing all materials (coal) to be in line and ready for client’s delivery.
- Directing and ensuring good environment management is run according to the law.
- Directing and overseeing the harbor on the ship docking and unloading and transportation as well as determining the weight of each shipment from Port Manager’s report in order to coordinate with Overseas Department in claiming any damage to the contractor or owner of the vessel.
- Directing and overseeing environment to be in compliance with the management policy and to ensuring only minimum impact to the community.
- Screening and balancing ratio or headcount vs. workload to work in each factories.
- other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female – age 28 years old up.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent in English communication and must have fluency in Vietnamese language.
- 3 years work experience in production or related commodity products at Vietnam.
- Able to work under pressure.
