Office Receptionist

- Handle all incoming calls in bilingual and forward to the appropriate extension
- Receive all letters, packages, other correspondence and news. Follow up with the delivery man to ensure all the important/urgent items were delivered on a timely basis.
- Keep the reception area in order
- Maintain the meeting/video conference room booking system, greet office guest warmly.
- Request Caterer to serve beverage and clear meeting room after the meeting
- Support meeting host to handle meeting room setup, pick-up orders, distribute, setup and coordinate with Cleaner and Caterer to ensure the room is cleaned up after the meeting
- Book car for staff to take business trip
- Keep, maintain, distribute stationary as requested; maintain office supplies by checking stock, stocking
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/University Degree
- Good at English (4 skills)
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
